Abortion on Demand, a subtle form of Women’s Abuse by Men

Partager cette page

I can easily understand why women want to have abortions legal; after all, they are the ones who have to deal with the consequences of their “mistakes” (As former President Obama once characterized a pregnancy, talking about his then teenage daughters). I can understand what the women are fighting for. However, the more I think about it, the more I realize that abortion rights advocacy is, at least partly, a masterful manipulation of liberal women orchestrated by intelligent men.

The practice of abortion shields a lot of events that people usually do not have in mind when they are protesting for their rights. First and foremost, it implies having a good time (Except in cases of rape) and the unpleasant follows: anesthesia (sometimes general), blood loss, pain, infection, infertility, death of the pre-born baby, and sometimes even death of the woman seeking the abortion (Around 1 in 100,000 women die during an abortion in the US).

None of the consequences of abortion mentioned above, but the first one, i.e., the good time, has anything to do with men. Men do not get the drugs, the pain, the blood loss, the risk of death, none of the {{“^*}}” … (You know what I mean). However, a lot of gentlemen of reproductive age are at the forefront of the movement to free women so they can have “the good time,” as many good times as they want, without having to care for babies.

Why, then, so many men are so adamant about defending the right of women to have abortions on demand? True, they have relatives of the opposite sex, but I am not convinced they are out there in the sun, in the rain, holding their signs high and proud to support their sisters, cousins, and aunts. I begin to suspect they are out there to ensure they have an unlimited supply of girls and women willing to use abortion as their method of contraception; this way, it costs the man nothing, not even the price of a condom, to go to la-la land.
